Mrs. Rainey teaches 12th Grade British Literature and Composition, 11th Grade American Literature and Composition, and College and Career Preparation at Athens Bible School.
She earned both her Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education with an emphasis in English Language Arts and her Master’s Degree in British Literature from the University of North Alabama.
With 15 years of classroom experience, Mrs. Rainey has taught a variety of English courses. She spent six years in public school teaching 9th and 12th grade English as well as journalism, followed by seven years of teaching in a homeschool setting. Her love for literature and her desire to help students grow as readers, writers, and critical thinkers continue to guide her work in the classroom.
