Marla Slaughter

Marla Slaughter serves as our 3rd Grade teacher and brings a wide range of experience across multiple levels of education. She has worked with students from pre-kindergarten through college age, giving her a well-rounded perspective on student growth and development.
Marla previously taught at a private preschool and later served in public schools as both an elementary classroom teacher and an RTI interventionist, where she supported students with targeted academic instruction. She also enjoyed her time at Middle Tennessee State University, coordinating events for hundreds of students ranging from elementary age through college.
Her diverse background allows her to connect easily with students and families while supporting academic success in meaningful, engaging ways.
