Dear Parents,

We are happy to announce Monday, February 4, 2008, we will begin using our automated Lunchtime Software.  We are very thankful to our elementary students, parents and teachers for raising the funds at the Holiday Musical to pay for this program.

Each family will be able to write one check and load the accounts of every child in their family.  You may load the account as often as you like by cash or check. We will not be able to give change from checks.  Every check or cash amount must be enclosed in an envelope with your child’s name and how much money you wish to place in the account. This will be paid in the office.  Elementary students may turn this in to their teacher to bring to the office. If you write one check for several children, please stipulate how much should be applied to each account. Every item will be logged in your child’s account and can be printed out or viewed online .

The PIN # will be keyed into a PIN pad as they come through the lunch line.  Each student should memorize and not share this number with other students.  I will have a master list of students and PIN # as a backup.
