Athens Bible School Ranked Second In Class 1A in the ALL SPORTS Category, 2006-07!
View the Academic All State Team (ABS had 20 honorees), 2006-07!Athens Bible School provides many athletic opportunities for its students. They include the following sports: cross-country, volleyball, basketball, softball, baseball, tennis, soccer, and track . Athens Bible School competes in the Alabama High School Athletic Association at the 1-A level. Over the years, Athens Bible School's athletic program has achieved many notable accomplishments. These include:
Basketball State Champions (1976)
Volleyball State Champions (1989), Runner-up (2007)
2 Time Softball State Champions (2002), (2008), 3 Time Runner-up (1987, 2005, 2006)
4 Time Cross Country State Champions (1977, 1978, 1979, & 1980), 4 Time Runner-up (1976, 1991,1992,1997)
Baseball State Champions (2008), 4 Time Runner-up (1980, 2000, 2001, & 2002).
Girls Outdoor Track Runner-up (1986)
